The Russian army today, March 7, shelled the civilian population of the border villages of the Semyonovskaya community of the Novgorod-Seversky district of the Chernigov region. As a result, a civilian was killed.

This was reported by the press service of the Chernigov region police.
As a result of the enemy strike, a 51-year-old local civilian was killed. Neighbors found his body near the explosion crater, police say.
In addition, as a result of an attack by Russian drones, a private house in one of the villages of the Semyonovskaya community was destroyed. The owner of the house was inside the house and miraculously survived.
Based on these facts, criminal proceedings were initiated under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).
