In the past two weeks, this is the second incident in Mexico involving the death of military personnel. On February 20, seven National Guard recruits and military personnel drowned on the beach at a military base in Ensenada, Southern California, during training.
Earlier it was reported that in Norway a rescue helicopter fell into the sea. One person died and five others were injured.
