The head of the Sumy Regional Administration Vladimir Artyukh spoke about this on air at the national telethon, reports the RBC-Ukraine agency.
The blow fell on the medical campus, he noted.
According to Artyukh, the following buildings were damaged:
- central city clinical hospital,
- emergency center,
- blood center,
- high school
Four people went to medical institutions, there were about ten victims in total,” said the head of the OVA.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said in his evening video message that the Russian missile attack on Sumy resulted in deaths and injuries.
