An indictment against the director of a transport company that organized the illegal transport of military personnel across the state border of Ukraine was submitted to the court. This was reported by the press service of the Rivne region prosecutor’s office.
It is reported that a 39-year-old resident of the Rivne region, who carried out international passenger transportation, during martial law, established a scheme for men of mobilization age to leave the country. Having an electronic digital signature and access to the Shlyakh system, he entered into it the data of the avoidance of international drivers, directing them to strange border crossings and providing company minibuses for to travel abroad.
So, from January to June 2023, the businessman organized the illegal departure of 19 clients from Ukraine. Almost all of them crossed the border at the Krakovets checkpoint, leaving the transport provided to them at pre-agreed places.
