The first mention of the new premises appeared on the social networks of the people’s deputy’s wife at the end of 2022, but it is missing from Melko’s declaration for 2022.
Bihus.Info journalists found out that the owner of the property since the fall of 2022 is the people’s deputy’s father. Apartment with an area of 111 sq. m, should cost approximately 200 thousand dollars.
The deputy himself admitted that he had indeed changed housing. But he allegedly moved to live in his father’s apartment only in January 2023, and before that he had only been there as a guest, so he did not indicate it in the declaration for 2022.
Kreidenko explained that his father had the funds to purchase such an apartment because he sold a house in Melitopol and was also engaged in the cherry trade.
Kreidenko is a native of Melitopol, but has been living in Kyiv since the age of 17. He took 123rd place in the Servant of the People electoral list. At the time of his election, Kreidenko was the chairman of the board of the all-Ukrainian youth public organization “Conscience and Hope of Ukraine.”
