Polish farmers continue to block the movement of trucks to Ukrainian border checkpoints. In particular, at the Shegini checkpoint, the protesters decided to allow 12 vehicles into Ukraine every 12 hours. “The blockade is still being carried out at six checkpoints. Since Friday, Polish protesters have not allowed trucks to pass in both directions at the Shegini checkpoint. That night, according to information from Polish colleagues, the information that the protesters decided to allow 12 vehicles at a time towards Ukraine once every 12 hours. According to him, Polish farmers do not allow vehicles coming from Ukraine to enter Poland to pass through the Yagodin checkpoint.

On the morning of March 5, a total of 2,350 trucks were lined up in Poland. Most of all are opposite the Krakovets and Yagodin checkpoints.

Demchenko clarified that cars and buses cross the border freely anywhere; for this category of transport, movement across the border is not limited.

We added that Polish farmers also blocked the German border checkpoint, near Frankfurt an der Oder.
