On the afternoon of March 3, the Russian army dropped an aerial bomb in the center of the city of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk region. As a result of the airstrike, 16 people were injured, according to the head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin.
“Kurakhovo was attacked today at lunch time – the enemy entered the very center of the city, destroying at least 15 high-rise buildings. According to preliminary information, the Russians used a guided bomb,” said OVA leader on his Telegram channel.
As of 16:00, 16 people are known to have been injured, two of them in serious condition. All the injured, according to Filashkin, are in the hospital and receiving all necessary medical care.
“Representatives of local authorities, police and rescuers are working at the crime scene,” he added.
