In the city of Karabulak (Ingushetia), from the night of Saturday, March 2, to the morning of Sunday, March 3, a battle with a group of “militants” continued in a residential building, Russian media reports.
Let’s remember that the day before, the regime of the so-called counter-terrorist operation (CTO) was introduced in the region. According to the Russian authorities, in the city of Karabulak “a group of bandits harboring the intention of committing high-profile terrorist crimes” was blocked. It is also stated that one of the “bandits” took part in an attack on Russian law enforcement officials in the spring of 2023.
It is said that when attempting to arrest the “militants” opened fire on the security forces, so the special forces of the FSB fired at the windows of the apartment on the 4th floor of a 4-story apartment building No. 25 on Oksanova Street.
On the morning of March 3, Russian authorities reported that during the CTO, FSB special forces “neutralized six bandits who were still in this house.”
We remind you that on Saturday night shooting broke out in the Ingush city of Karabulak. Russian security forces are fighting a group of “militants.”
