Of the five points of the order of the President of Russia, two points are classified as “for official use.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree calling up national reserves for military training this year. The corresponding document was published on the official portal of the Russian Federation on Friday, March 1.

Reserve citizens are eligible for conscription to undergo military training in the armed forces, national guard troops, military rescue units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, state security agencies and the FSB.

It is worth noting that of the five points of the decree, two points are classified as “for official use”.

Let’s recall that on December 1, 2023, Putin signed a decree increasing the size of the Russian armed forces from 2.039 million people to 2.209 million people.

On February 26, the Russian president “added” the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.
