The famous Spanish brand’s stores will begin opening in April. Inditex plans to reopen 50 of its more than 80 stores in the country. The resumption of work will begin with 20 stores, including in shopping centers in Kyiv. This was reported by the Financial Times with reference to the company Inditex.

It is noted that Inditex will prioritize the safety of employees and customers and adapt its plans to market circumstances. Some Ukrainian workers who will work in Zara stores were sent to Poland for training.

As you know, Inditex closed its stores in Ukraine on February 24, 2022 – Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti and Bershka were closed. Since that time, the company stopped delivering goods to Ukraine, but continued to pay taxes and salaries to its employees.

Let us remind you that in November 2023, the Swedish clothing chain H&M plans to begin a gradual resumption of work in Ukraine.
