Pilot project Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” has already started in the Donetsk region and in certain border areas of the Sumy region. Over time, it is planned to also involve the front-line Kharkov region, Kherson region, Nikolaev region, Zaporozhye, etc., and in the future all settlements of the country. The press service of the Donetsk Department of Internal Affairs reported this today, February 28.
It is noted that the first order was received in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region.
“Project “Ukrposhta. Pharmacy” is designed to solve three key problems:
- access to pharmacies, in particular in those settlements where they do not exist or where they were destroyed during a full-scale war;
- access to medications that may not be available at the nearest pharmacy;
- availability of medicine, since the nearest pharmacy may not offer optimal prices or may not participate in the state program “Affordable Medicines”.
Now Ukrposhta has the opportunity to order medicines:
- over-the-counter group (about 10 thousand items);
- under the “Affordable Medicines” program, which includes 515 trade names of medicines and medical equipment.
Medicines will be dispensed from the company’s pharmacy and delivered to consumers at the nearest Ukrposhta branch. The order will be packaged and sent via the Ukrposhta Express service. Free delivery.
You can track the shipment on the website, in the mobile application and through a chat bot in instant messengers. To verify the correctness of the order, an inspection is provided upon delivery of the parcel.
To order medicine, you should:
- call 0 800 300 545;
- To contact a specialist, follow the prompts in the voice menu.
