On the night of February 28, the Russian invaders attacked with S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the occupied areas of the Donetsk region, and from the Russian Primorsko-Akhtarsky the enemy launched 10 Shahed-type attack drones. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
Ukrainian defenders destroyed all the Shaheds launched by the Russians. Mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces and anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force worked against kamikaze drones. Enemy targets were shot down within the Odessa and Nikolaev regions.
There is damage in Odessa due to a drone attack. The city council reported that the UAV debris damaged a transformer of one of the critical infrastructure facilities – a short circuit and fire occurred there. There were no injuries, and the fire was extinguished.
Let us remind you that on the night of February 27, Russia launched attack drones across Ukraine. One of the Russian drones in the Odessa region crossed the state border and flew into Moldova. It traveled several tens of kilometers across the territory of this country and then entered Ukrainian airspace, where it was destroyed. Moldova denies this information.
