Laptop with Olympic security information stolen in Paris

According to the police, the bag belonged to an engineer from the city hall of Paris. The man placed the bag in the luggage compartment above his seat. As the train was delayed, he decided to change trains and at that moment he discovered the robbery.

As the victim indicated, his work computer and two USB drives contained confidential data, including municipal police plans to ensure the security of the Summer Olympics.

It was learned that during the Olympic Games, which will last from July 26 to August 11, 2024, two thousand municipal police officers and approximately 35 thousand security officers will be involved.

A 28-year-old woman has been charged in Australia with stealing a van containing 10,000 donuts.
