The Russian occupiers are using a new tactic: landing assault groups with high-speed bugs.

They use bugs instead of infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers and larger vehicles.
The logic is as follows: such bugs are more difficult to hit with artillery or drones,” wrote journalist Andrei Tsaplienko and published a corresponding video from a drone on his social networks.
With such light vehicles, groups of fighters are thrown out one after another so that they gain a foothold in the area and create a bridgehead.
In these cases, as in two videos, a group of Russian attack aircraft was defeated by drones.
The weather is now affecting the fighting; in particular, the so-called “Kadyrovites” in the Bakhmut direction are even trying to storm the positions of the Ukrainian troops using bugs. The head of the press service of the OVSU “Khortitsa”, Captain Ilya Yevlash, told Public Radio about this.
Recently, in the Bakhmut direction, an attempt was recorded to storm the Akhmat battalion of their so-called Kadyrovites. They use these light vehicles to quickly transport their infantry, their assault troops, to the front lines. However, we detect them and hit them with FPV drones, artillery and all available weapons,” said Yevlash.
