Now the former people’s deputy is no longer in custody, since he was given bail in the amount of UAH 272.5 million. The funds were contributed in full by members of the National Defense Industry Association. The ex-parliamentarian reported this on Facebook.
The member companies of the National Defense Industrial Association have just paid full deposit for me. “I was released,” the message says.
Pashinsky added that he had already filed a criminal complaint regarding the falsification of his alleged “conversations.”
Let us remind you that on February 26, the High Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for ex-People’s Deputy Sergei Pashinsky, who is suspected of misappropriation and sale of 97 thousand tons of oil products confiscated by the state. The former politician was sentenced to April 25, and bail was set at UAH 272 million.
