Apartment buildings and an administrative building were reportedly hit by Russian strikes.

“A 66-year-old woman was injured in her own apartment. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital with a blast injury and a neck wound. Doctors assessed the victim’s condition as moderate,” the report said.
