This is evidenced by the data indicated in the bill card on the Rada website.
Bill No. 11035, adopted by parliament, provides that conscripts whose service life expired during martial law and was extended beyond the established deadlines, as an exception, are discharged from military service into the reserve within the time limits determined by the decree of the President of Ukraine. The bill was adopted with a provision providing for a 12-month deferment from subsequent mobilization.
People’s Deputy Alexey Goncharenko notes in his Telegram channel that now we still need to wait for the corresponding decree from the president.
The President signed the law on the demobilization of conscripts, he noted. – So, now we are waiting for the decree. This is the last thing to do.
