Polish carriers plan to continue border protests on March 1

Polish carriers plan to continue protests at the Ukrainian border on March 1. RFM24 reported this.

Carriers from Lublin and Podkarpackie regions intend to block the crossings in Grebennoy, Doroguska and Korczewoy again. The protest may also cover access to the Medica crossing.

The carriers complain that they are allegedly being forced out of the market by Ukrainians. They demand the renewal of Ukrainian carriers’ obligations to obtain authorization from November 2023.

Let us remind you that the protests of Polish farmers continue on the Ukrainian border.

Prime Minister Denis Shmygal proposed a five-step “Plan of Understanding” with Poland, designed to unblock the border amid protests by Polish farmers.
