The Royal Air Force (RAF) announced this today, February 24, on its page on the social network X.
Six qualified Ukrainian combat pilots have completed a training program with RAF instructors and are now training on the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the report said. “This is part of the UK’s contribution to the Air Capability Coalition, aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s air capabilities.
Tutor aircraft in the RAF are used for initial flight training and flight assessment.
