    Russian invaders yesterday, February 23, at about 21:30 and today, February 24, in the morning, shelled the city of Kupyansk, Kharkov region.

    This was reported by the press service of the Kharkov Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

    It is noted that the shelling was carried out from MLRS, private houses and outbuildings were damaged.

    In addition, on February 23, at approximately 23:00, the Russian military fired at the village of Olkhovatka, Kupyansky district.

    A direct hit was recorded in the summer kitchen of a residential building. The preliminary shelling was carried out from a 120 mm artillery shell, the report says.

    Pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
