“The former President of Switzerland and candidate for the position of Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, arrived in Kyiv,” the message said.
The embassy clarified that the focus of this visit is the role of the Council of Europe in supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression and ensuring accountability and justice.
We remind you that Switzerland has decided to provide additional aid to Ukraine in the amount of 11.8 million Swiss francs (about $13.66 million).
On January 15, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky visited Switzerland, where he held important meetings.
