The Russian court also banned Poroshenko, his son Alexey and the general director of the factory Oleg Kazakov from any activity in Russia.
The Lipetsk factory stopped its work in April 2017. The company employed 700 people. And since 2014, problems began there, including Russian security forces blocking the work of the factory, and the courts seizing its property.
They managed to remove some of the equipment from the enterprise, some of it was cut into scrap metal so that it would not fall into the hands of the enemy.
In November 2023, in Kursk, the court nationalized the Ukrainian “Konti” confectionery factory on the grounds that the owners of the asset allegedly discredited the Russian army and supported the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Konti-Rus shares belonged to citizens of Ukraine, including partners and the niece of Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov, Tatyana Akhmetova-Aidarova.
