At about 6:00, soldiers of the Vostok air command landed a Su-34 fighter-bomber in the Eastern direction. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
The military also told how they repulsed an air attack on Ukraine last night. The enemy attacked with six S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles, three Kh-22 cruise missiles and a Kh-59 guided aircraft missile. In addition, 14 Shaheds were launched from the Primorsko-Akhtar and Kursk regions.
Anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups and electronic warfare systems were able to eliminate 12 Shahed-type attack drones and an X-59 missile. These targets were shot down within the Chernigov, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovograd and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
Let us recall that on February 17, the Ukrainian military destroyed three Russian aircraft: one Su-35 fighter and two Su-34 fighter-bombers. Enemy targets were eliminated in the Eastern direction.
Russian propaganda admitted the loss of only one aircraft. At the same time, PS commander Nikolai Oleshchuk provided evidence to refute the enemy’s lies – he published data from an international satellite search and rescue system indicating at least four ejections. He also gave the occupiers a hint where to look for their invisible colleagues.
