During the period from December 30, 2023 to February 7, 2024, the enemy carried out at least 12 attacks on seven regions of Ukraine with this type of missile. We are talking about Zaporozhye, Kyiv (three attacks), Kharkov (two attacks) and cities and villages in the Kirovograd, Poltava, Donetsk, and Dnepropetrovsk regions. These attacks killed 14 civilians and injured more than 70 others, said Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin.
He also noted that the accuracy of these missiles raises questions.
Of the 24 missiles fired, two relatively accurate hits are known: the Kremenchug oil refinery and the technical territory of the Kanatovo airfield. The remaining missiles hit at a considerable distance from each other – up to several kilometers or more – either exploded in the air or hit residential areas in Kharkov,” Kostin said.
