The weapons ended up in Serbia, despite the fact that its airspace is blocked by countries that have agreed to sanctions against the Russian Federation.
Russia has transferred another batch of weapons to Serbia, despite international sanctions against the Russian Federation. This was reported by AP News.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Wednesday a Russian anti-drone system for electronic jamming Repellent.
“It’s not as strong Krasuhabut (also – ed.) great,” said the head of state.
The media said that the shipment arrived in Serbia several months ago, despite the fact that its airspace is almost completely sealed off by NATO member countries that have agreed to Western sanctions against Russia.
Russia transferred a significant part of Serbia’s military products. Other materials came from China, as well as some European weapons and aircraft manufacturers.
Serbia is the only European country to refuse to join EU sanctions following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In addition, it is the only European country that continues to sign cooperation agreements with Moscow.
Let’s remember that earlier the EU told Serbia that if it strives for European integration, it must abide by the sanctions.
Earlier it was reported that a branch created by the godfather of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Viktor Medvedchuk, of the public organization Other Ukraine, which was exchanged for Ukrainian prisoners, was registered in Serbia. It is led by the candidate for the Serbian parliament and supporter of Russian aggression, Dragan Stanojevic.
