The final vote on the Ukraine aid bill should take place in the coming days.

American senators on Sunday, February 11, came close to the final vote on a bill to finance aid to allies, including Ukraine, Reuters reports.

A successful procedural vote cleared the last hurdle to final consideration of the bill.

67 senators, out of the required 60, supported the decision to suspend the debate on changing the original text of the bill.

A final vote on the aid bill for Ukraine and Israel is expected in the coming days.

The document provides $61 billion for Ukraine, $14 billion for Israel in its war against Hamas and nearly $5 billion to support partners in the Indo-Pacific region, including Taiwan, to deter Chinese aggression.

Let’s remember that the day before the US Senate began a debate on aid to allies, including Ukraine.
