Near Makarov in the Kyiv region, a moose was detonated by a tripwire mine. This mine was said to have been abandoned by the occupying forces at the beginning of the invasion, social networks report.

So, representatives of the State Food and Consumer Service of the Makarovsky District approached animal rights activists with a request for help for the injured elk.

According to them, the animal lay motionless for several hours. An autopsy showed that the animal died as a result of a critical injury to the forelimb.

It was previously reported that a man was blown up by a mine on the coast of the Nikolaev region on the Black Sea.
