    .

    This decision was made today at a meeting, said Taras Melnichuk, a representative of the Verkhovna Rada of the Cabinet of Ministers.

    The amendments provide that during mobilization and/or during the operation of the legal regime of the military TCC have the right around the clock:

    • consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences;
    • organize medical examinations and psychological examinations of military personnel and reservists at a certain frequency;
    • maintain personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, records of vehicles subject to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and wartime.
