Borrell announced this on his page on the social network X, publishing a corresponding photo.
“I start my morning in a bomb shelter with an air raid warning, which is heard throughout Kyiv,” he noted. “This is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people when Russia began its illegal aggression.
Let us remind you that Borrell arrived in Kyiv yesterday, February 6. This is his fourth visit since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion.
