The enemy used Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers over Russian territory. This was reported on the KMVA Telegram channel.
It is noted that the air raid warning in the capital lasted about three hours:
- rockets entered the capital in several waves in different directions;
- Air defense forces and means hit about two dozen enemy missiles over Kiev and in the capital area.
The missile strike, according to preliminary data, led to the following consequences:
- In the Goloseevsky district, a fire occurred in a multi-storey residential building, as well as a service station. Cars caught fire and electrical networks were damaged. Emergency services extinguish the fire;
- In the Dnieper region, power grids were damaged. Repair teams of power engineers are already working to restore power supply.
Another missile strike once again indicates that the enemy will not refuse to continue the missile terror of Kyiv. Therefore, I once again ask the residents of Kiev and guests of the capital – do not ignore the air raid signals,” the KMVA notes.
