Footage of a drone attacking a LUKoil corporation plant has appeared online. In the video you can see the arrival at the refinery territory. Ukrainian journalist Andrey Tsaplienko reported this on Telegram.
Local media, citing eyewitnesses, write that none of the operational workers saw the moment of the explosion, but “smoke was pouring out in a column and there was serious damage.” The military, paramedics and firefighters were called to the scene.
