The State Register of Sanctions has started operating in Ukraine, which already includes 17,202 individuals and legal entities. The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine announced this today, February 1.
The register was created to provide citizens with free public access to up-to-date and reliable information about entities to which sanctions have been applied.
The register is an information and communication system that ensures the collection, storage, protection, accounting, display, processing and provision of information about all entities to which sanctions are applied.
“The data in the register are updated immediately. They are open and available to the public, except for cases established by law. On the website it is possible to receive an extract with information about a person in electronic form,” the National Security and Defense Mentioned by the council.
