In January 2024, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 111.7 billion in taxes, fees and obligatory payments, which is 107% compared to January last year (+ UAH 7.4 billion). The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reported this today, January 31.
At the end of January, payment receipts from the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 60.2 billion (+ UAH 24.4 billion until January 2023), including:
UAH 34.6 billion – added taxes (UAH 44.4 billion collected, UAH 9.8 billion paid);
UAH 12.7 billion – personal income tax and military duty;
UAH 8.0 billion – excise tax;
UAH 3.5 billion – rent;
UAH 1.9 billion – corporate income tax.
Payments from the State Customs Service were received in the amount of 47.3 billion hryvnias (+20.7 billion UAH until January 2023).
Compliance with the monthly breakdown of revenues of the general fund of the state budget, according to operational data, was 120.9% (+19.3 billion UAH), including:
State Tax Service – 112.4% (+ UAH 6.6 billion);
State Customs Service – 130.2% (+11 billion UAH).
“By the end of January 2024, the general and special funds of the state budget received UAH 147.0 billion in taxes, fees and other payments. In addition, about UAH 31.3 billion (as of January 31) in the form of a unified social contribution that went to the Pension Fund and social insurance funds,” added the ministry.
It was previously reported that the state budget received the first confiscated funds from authorized persons.
