The press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this today, January 30.
The basis for registering criminal proceedings was a media report that on January 10, 2024, in the temporarily occupied Oleshka, Kherson region, Russian military personnel started shooting, the prosecutor’s office notes. — As a result of chaotic firing, a local resident was killed.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code). Law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances.
