The Armed Forces of Ukraine were in fourth place among all European armies.

The first place was taken by the British Army. The Italian Armed Forces were in second place as powerful armies. The top 3 is completed by the French army. The fourth position was taken by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is evidenced by data from the Global Firepower resource, which traditionally annually compiles a rating of the total military power of each country in the world.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces even surpassed the German Bundeswehr, which was in fifth position, in the ranking. The Armed Forces of Spain are sixth in the ranking, and the Polish Army is in seventh place. The armies of Sweden, Greece and Portugal were in eighth, ninth and tenth places, respectively. The last, 37th place, was taken by the army of Moldova.
The top five powerful armies in Europe according to Global Fire Power look like this:
- Great Britain – 0.1443;
- Italy – 0.1863;
- France – 0.1878;
- Ukraine – 0.2598;
- Germany – 0.2847.
Let us recall that in the fall the rating of the Razumkov Center indicated that among state and public institutions, Ukrainians trust the Armed Forces of Ukraine most of all. – 93%. In second place are volunteer units – 85%, followed by volunteer organizations – 84% and the State Emergency Service – 83%.
