This happened on January 25 in the Lviv region in the Chervonograd City Council.
We were expecting the military because we planned to present a posthumous award, the Order of Courage, to the relatives of the fallen Hero Andrei Zhigail. However, at the next meeting of the session, TCC workers entered and took the floor. They intended to serve 10 summonses, but they handed over 7 because three deputies were absent… With the delivery of summonses, this is the first visit of the TCC to a council session. We would like to note that now the secretary of the Chervonograd City Council, Alexander Grasulov, serves in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” said the press service of the Chervonograd City Council.
He told the military that 10 deputies “categorically do not want” to come to the TCC. Their names were read out one by one and subpoenas were handed over. Three were absent.
At the same time, it was initially planned that the military at the session would simply present a posthumous award to the relatives of the deceased soldier.
