The average dollar selling rate increased to UAH 38.30, and the euro exchange rate increased to UAH 41.85.
The hryvnia exchange rate is falling against the dollar for the second day in a row. The price of the euro also began to rise, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing market monitoring data on Thursday, January 25.
This morning the average selling rate of the dollar in Ukraine increased by 10 kopecks to UAH 38.30, the euro rate increased by 15 kopecks to UAH 41.85.
Today, exchange offices bought dollars for an average of 37.80 UAH, and euros for 41.15 UAH.
In the interbank market, the American currency rate is at the level of 37.47-37.49 UAH/dollar (buying and selling) – a decrease of 1 kopeck compared to the previous day’s close.
The National Bank of Ukraine today increased the dollar exchange rate for the second day in a row – 37.5252 UAH (+0.0708 UAH). The euro exchange rate is 40.8837 UAH (+0.1932 UAH).
We remind you that last week the deficit of foreign currency in the interbank market decreased significantly. NBU sold $530.90 million – a decrease in sales of more than 20% compared to the previous week ($673.27 million).
