There is a scandal in Russia. Russian State Duma deputy Ekaterina Stenyakina contacted law enforcement agencies after volunteers provided humanitarian aid for the Russian military at a landfill in the occupied Donetsk region.

Propagandists from RBC reported this.
In fact, there is such a fact. Indeed, in the DPR (as the fake Donetsk People’s Republic is called in Russia – “Rakurs”), almost on the border with the Rostov region, discarded humanitarian aid was discovered. I contacted the administrators of volunteer groups working in the Rostov region, right in my district, and they confirmed the authenticity of this video. All information has already been transferred to law enforcement agencies,” Stenyakina told the publication.
The day before, the Rostov publication 161.ru, citing volunteer Alexander Zakutny, reported that in the city of Amvrosievka, Donetsk region, a batch of humanitarian aid was thrown into a landfill and “rolled out with a bulldozer and tractor.”
According to Zakutny, a local resident told him about what happened. He also gave the volunteer the things he had taken from the landfill. These included carriers, personal care products, medications and tourniquets. Zakutny also stated that warm jackets, rubber boots and a box with children’s sheets and drawings for the military were thrown into the landfill. At the same time, a resident of Amvrosievka told the volunteer that the locals had “already stolen” half of the things.
In my opinion, this was done deliberately so that it would not get to the military personnel. The entire load was dumped at the garbage dump and immediately they began to close the gap with a tractor and a bulldozer,” said the volunteer, admitting that the local administration may be involved in this.
However, Zakutny also suggested that what happened could be related to inexperienced volunteers who abandoned their cargo.
Stenyakina, in a conversation with RBC, noted that some administrators of volunteer groups believe that Zakutny’s video may be a fake, since such cases have never been discovered.
