Head of the Department of International Defense Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense Gennady Kovalenko said that the next meeting in the Ramstein format will take place in the near future. He said this in a press briefing following the Ramstein-18 meeting on Tuesday, January 23.
The next meeting in the Ramstein format will take place before the Ukraine-NATO Council meeting at the level of defense ministers in Brussels in mid-February 2024.
“We have to wait 2-3 weeks,” the official concluded.
Let’s recall that earlier it became known that the participants of the regular meeting in the Ramstein format discussed the issue of increasing the supply of long-range weapons to Ukraine and the adaptation of Western-style anti-aircraft missiles on Soviet launch platforms.
