American actor and producer Sean Penn has called on billionaires around the world to buy 12 fighter jets for Ukraine, which surpasses the military aviation of the occupying country of the Russian Federation in technical characteristics. In particular, Penn urged the billionaires to spend $ 300 million and buy two squadrons of F-15 or F-16 fighter jets for Ukraine, which “creates a tangible advantage over the Russians-Su and MiG.”
