The Air Force command reported that 41 missiles were flying into Ukrainian territory, but not all enemy missiles that attacked on a ballistic trajectory reached their targets.
At night, the enemy launched a combined missile attack on Ukraine, using cruise, ballistic, aircraft and anti-aircraft guided missiles. Air defense forces destroyed 21 Russian missiles. The press service of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this morning, January 23.
It was reported that a total of 41 enemy air attack weapons were recorded during the night, most of the missiles fired were of the type that attack on a ballistic trajectory:

4 S-300/S-400 anti-aircraft guided missiles from the Belgorod region. – in the direction of the Kharkov region;

15 X-101/X-555/X-55 cruise missiles from six Tu-95MS strategic bombers (launch site – Engels, Russian Federation);
-
8 X-22 missiles from Tu-22M3 bombers from the Bryansk and Oryol regions. – in the direction of Kharkov and Sumy regions;
-
12 Iskander-M ballistic missiles (launch site – Belgorod and Voronezh regions);
-
2 X-59 guided aircraft missiles from two Su-34 aircraft (launch site – Belgorod region – Russian Federation).
The defenders of Ukraine were destroyed:

15 X-101/X-555/X-55 cruise missiles;
-
5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles;
-
guided aircraft missile X-59.
“Information about the destruction and casualties is clarified and made public by the local authorities. It is important that not all the enemy missiles that attacked on a ballistic trajectory reached their targets!” – mentioned in the order of the Air Force.

We remind you that the Russian military launched a joint attack on Kyiv on the morning of January 23. First, cruise missiles Kh-101 and Kh-555 were launched at the capital. And then, most likely, there is ballistics – Iskanders.
