Military personnel were awarded the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky and For Courage, as well as the medals For Military Service of Ukraine and Defender of the Fatherland.
President Vladimir Zelensky awarded 103 defenders of Ukraine with state awards. The corresponding order No. 19/2024 was published on the website of the head of state.
Zelensky decided to reward the defenders for personal courage shown in defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as for the selfless performance of military duty.

Let’s recall that in a video message to the people of Ukraine on the last day of 2023, President Vladimir Zelensky announced the awarding of state awards to almost 700 defenders of Ukraine.
