Sandbags, ordered by the authorities to cover all bus stops in the city, are falling, destroying the structures of the bus stops and lying on the roadways.
In the Russian city of Belgorod, fortifications made of sandbags were built at public transport stops to protect against shelling. However, within a week the structures began to fall apart, they wrote on local public pages.
It was noted that the fortresses are not only temporary, but also dangerous.
“In the Novy-2 microdistrict, the sandbags not only fell, but also blocked the road. And at the Nekrasova Street stop, the sand broke part of the stop,” local residents commented on the published photos . The author of the publication sneers: “Perhaps concrete blocks will be more effective?”
A week ago, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, ordered to strengthen all 556 city stops in Belgorod. This decision was the result of attacks on the city in late December and early January.
We remind you that on December 30, explosions were heard in Belgorod, after the work of the Russian air defense, rocket fragments fell in the center of the city. As a result of the unsuccessful Russian air defense operation, more than 20 people died. After that, residents of Belgorod were asked to evacuate.
