Zelensky arrived in the Mykolaiv region

The President met with the regional leadership, and also discussed the situation in the south direction of the front.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Saturday, June 18, arrived in the Nikolaev region.

“A meeting on important issues in the region. We discussed the state of the economy, the restoration of water supply, the situation in agriculture. We paid special attention to threats from land and sea. We did not stop working for for the sake of success, ”he signed the video posted on social networks.

According to the head of the Office of the President, the meeting discussed:

• restoration of water supply in Nikolaev,

• situation in agriculture

• representatives of the region’s military command reported on the situation in the war zone on land and in the Black Sea, from the anonymous Pridnestrovie, and the situation on the island of Serpent,

• paid attention to the material and technical support of a separate formation of Primorye troops and its defense needs.

Also during the visit, Zelensky presented state awards to representatives of local authorities – the order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree was awarded to the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitaliy Kima, the order for the courage of III degree – Mykolaiv mayor Alexander Senkevich, as well as the title Andriyev GG

The President inspected the Nikolaev Regional State Administration building that was destroyed by a missile attack and ordered to provide necessary assistance to the families of those killed as a result of the shelling of the building.

The other day in the Nikolaev area, Ukrainian divisions attacked a place of congestion of Russian occupiers.
