According to The Guardian, the lawsuit states that visitors purchased tickets for the event in New York, which was scheduled to begin on December 13 at 8:30 p.m. The singer came on stage only after 22.30.
Fans left the concert after 1 a.m., when public transport was already limited and the cost of private transport had increased.
Attendees are accusing Madonna and the tour promoter of “deceptive trade practices” due to the late start of the show, which they claim is a breach of contract.
