The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny had a telephone conversation with the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Brown. He announced this on his Telegram channel on Monday, January 15.
He noted that he informed his American colleague about the situation on the battlefield, as well as in some sectors of the front.
“I shared the results of the analysis of military operations in 2023 and forecasts for 2024. Together with the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, we exchanged views on issues of mutual strategic interest,” Zaluzhny said.
In addition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanked Brown and the entire American people for supporting Ukraine in the fight against the Russians.
