The death toll as a result of a terrorist attack on a session of the Keretskovsky village council in Transcarpathia has risen to two people. Another victim died at the hospital. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this on Monday, January 15.
“Today, January 15, 2024, another victim, a 47-year-old deputy of the village council, died from injuries received as a result of the explosion in the intensive care unit. He worked at Keretskovskaya OTG as the head of the central administrative department,” the message said.
It is noted that some ongoing examinations are assigned as part of criminal proceedings. The final legal qualification of fuse actions will be determined after they are performed.
We remind you that on December 15, in Transcarpathia, in the building of the Keretskovsky village council, a deputy exploded three grenades at the very session meeting. About 23 people were injured in the explosions, including the suspect. The victims sustained injuries of varying severity.
