The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center states that in other parts of the country we should expect light snow, temperatures 3-8° below zero, and during the day 0-5 below zero.
Rain during the day and hail at night are forecast for Tuesday, January 16, in Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the southern part of Ukraine. Temperatures in these regions range from 3°C to 2°C at night, and 2-7°C during the day. It was reported by Ukrhydrometcenter.
In the central, Kharkov, and Sumy regions there will be snow, rain during the day, sleet, wet snow accumulation, temperature at night and during the day will be from 3° below zero to 2° above zero.
In the rest of the territory there is light snow in places, the temperature is 3-8° below zero, during the day 0-5 below zero. There is ice on the roads. Winds are predominantly northwesterly, 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in areas of the western and eastern regions.

Weather forecast in Ukraine for January 17: no rain, only in the Carpathians, light snow during the day and in Transcarpathia. There is ice on the roads. Wind west, southwest (in the afternoon in the western regions of the southeast), 5-10 m/s.
The night temperature in the southern part, eastern region and Transcarpathia is 4-9° below zero, in the rest of the territory 10-15 below zero; during the day 1-6° below zero, in the northern and northeastern regions 4-9° below zero, in the southern regions and Transcarpathia – from 3° below zero to 2° below zero (in the Crimea 1-6° below zero).
In Kyiv on Wednesday, January 17, weather forecasters predict 5-7° below zero during the day, and 10-12° below zero at night. No rain. There is ice on the roads. Wind west, southwest, 5-10 m/s.
