Operators of reconnaissance drones recorded the position of a trailed howitzer in a forest plantation and the route of a self-propelled gun 2 S19 “Msta-S” during live firing in a hangar. An enemy D-30 trailed howitzer was also found in the same area. The 128th separate mountain assault brigade of the Transcarpathian Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on January 9 in Telegram.
It is noted that both targets of the occupiers were subsequently covered with a 2 S1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun. The self-propelled artillerymen of the 128th brigade worked skillfully.
Let us remind you that on January 9, the command of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces published a video on social networks showing the moment of the destruction of the Russian TOS-1 “Solntsepek” flamethrower system near Avdiivka, Donetsk region. The enemy unit was likely hit by an FPV drone.
