An innovative device for machine gunners, which, thanks to remote work, preserves the life and health of soldiers, has already been contracted by the state. Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced this on Facebook on January 9.
According to him, mass production of Saber turrets became possible thanks to the Brave1 cluster for supporting defense technology developments in Ukraine.
“Saber” is an innovation and an example of a weapon of modern warfare… Our task is to help create innovations so that they reach the battlefield faster, are used faster, we receive feedback and more of these innovations,” he wrote.
Let us recall that at the beginning of November, Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov reported that the Piranha AVD 360 electronic warfare system for protecting armored vehicles from Russian drones, developed by the Ukrainian company Piranha-Tech, had successfully passed field tests.
